Hunter Michael Has Arrived!

He is here!!! Hunter was born Friday Dec. 14th at 2:50 p.m. he weighed 8 pounds 2 ounces! 20 1/2 inches long! Everything went well and we are so happy with our new bundle of joy! Teddy is the proud big brother!

Worthless Trip!

Well I made a trip to the hospital last night! After 4 hours I was sent home because my contractions stopped. What a bummer! I am being induced in the morning so hopefully that works! Maybe the next post will have pics!

Waiting for the Baby!

I am so ready to have this baby! I go to a group of doctor's and two of them had said that they would probably induce on the 10th. That would have been today! I had an appointment on Friday and saw a different doctor and he said that we would wait and see what happens this week and if I haven't had the baby by next Monday that they would induce then! I was so disappointed! I went to town this morning and did alot of walking. I have also been running up and down the stairs doing laundry! Hopefully things will progress quickly! The next time I post I may have pictures!!!!!

Deer hunting!

My husband is in Kansas right now trying to get a really big buck! So far he has hunted for 2 days and hasen't got him yet! He has seen some nice ones but couldn't get a shot! He has passed up quite a few also! Holding out for just the right one! I'll keep you updated cause I'm sure you are all very interested!

After 542 visitors I just realized that I had spelled happenings wrong! Either I have alot of nice friends or alot of people that view my blog don't know me enough to care! Ha!

Ready for Christmas!

Just a few more packages to receive in the mail and my Christmas shopping is done. YAAAAA! Since I am due the 15th of Dec. I was trying to get done early and I actually did. What a surprise. Now if the baby will come on time or before so we can still get to my mom's for Christmas. It does need to hold off for at least a week cause my husband left for Kansas Tuesday to hunt. Oh yeah my mom flew out this morning for Hawaii so right now all of my support is gone. I told them I wasn't waiting for anyone. Well I hadn't posted for a while so I thought I'd give a little update. Until next time.....

I'm Back!

I am finally back! Alot has happened since I was last here! My mother in law is home and doing better. We are in the process of moving in with my in laws. Pray for me! HA! My mother in law cannot be alone and I was having trouble running two households. Not to mention that I am due to have my baby a month from today! We are going to live here for a few months. We are planning on moving to Central PA in the spring so hopefully things go ok here until then. Just a little update. Post more later!

Another Update!

Mike's mom was moved yesterday to rehab in Washington, PA! This is alot closer than traveling to Pittsburg everyday! She is doing alot better and depending on how she does in rehab she will home in 2-4 weeks. Thanks to everyone who prayed for her!

Update!

Mike's mom is in the step down unit. She is off the ventilator and they may take the feeding tube out today! Thank the Lord! She was able to take a short walk yesterday. Things are improving!

Update!

Mike's mom had to be put on the ventilator. They did an MRI on her and after laying on her back for 45 minutes her breathing really became and issue. They have tried to take her off the vent one time and had to put it back in. They are keeping it on until her lungs heal. They may try to remove it again today and if she dosen't do well they will put a trac in so the irritating tube down her throat can come out. They are putting a feeding tube in today. She hasn't been able to eat since Sat. so they need to give her some nourishment. She is heavily sedated but they do cut back on the sedation to check her every couple hours. She does respond to the nurses and is able to move her limbs as instucted and shake her head yes or no to questions they ask. Please continue to remember her in your prayers!

Update on Mike's Mom!

Please continue to remember Mike's mom. She had her surgery and there are quite a few complications. She is still in ICU. They are working with her blood pressure because it had been quite high and she is still on 80% oxygen. please remember Mike's dad he is really having a hard time dealing with everything.

Please remember my mother in law today. She is having a tumor removed from her petuatary gland which is at the base of her brain.

Happy Birthday Teddy!

Teddy's birthday was Thursday. We had some family over for cake. He had a good time with his cousin Logan. He also enjoyed holding his new cousin Emma!

This past weekend we went to my mom's and Mike painted their garage for them. He started doing the primer friday night late and worked 'til 10 with a light!

1. I am very outspoken! (Suprise! Bet nobody knew that!)

2. I love to read. If I have a good book I hate to put it down until I am finished. Much to my husband and son's chargin! I don't keep many books around if I want to get things done!

3. I really hate it when a word in a song such as forgiv'n is pronounced forgiven! Just a pet peeve!

4. I was raised in WV. A great place to live. Everybody is friendly and waves whether they know you or not.

5. I have asthma! Which is why I called off work today! I work at Wendy's and the grease is not a good thing to be around when you are having trouble breathing!

6. My husband and I started dating when we were 16. We then got married at age 20!

7. I really hate putting down all this stuff about myself. (Finally that was the last one!)

Fun Weekend!

We were in Ohio at my mom's house this weekend. My mom and Teddy share the same birthday so we celebrated this weekend. We took Teddy to build a bear. He loved it. It was pretty exciting for we adults too! We also went to the beach at Lake Erie! Teddy had fun looking for shells. He also swam. We were suppose to be wading but he got a little carried away. Glad I took a change of clothes for him. Sorry no pics I forgot my camera. I'll try to get some from my stepdad!

West Virginia!

We are headed to WV for the weekend. Every holiday such as 30th of May, 4th of July, and Labor Day I go to WV with my mom and step-dad! Usually my sister and her family go to but they are unable to be there this year. Teddy always gets so excited about staying in the trailer where I grew up. He must think that it's an adventure or something.

This is my new niece. She was born this morning at 7:41! She weighed 8pounds 2 ounces and was 21 and 1/2 inches long. Her name is Emma Lily!

Sunday Happings!

We had a good Sunday! We went to WV for church early Sun. morning and had a really good service. Then we went to my aunt and uncles house for a delicious meal. Sun. evening the New Destiny Treatment Center had the service. It was awesome. The guess testimonies were exciting about all that they had been into and how God straightened their lives out. Russ Smith was there and sang. He did good as always. Larry also sang. He is awesome. I like his style. Well it was back home that night and time to get ready for another work week. Oh yeah and another school year. I am starting early this year cause I figure I will have to take some time off when I have the baby. Until next time...

Burst of Energy!

I have accomplished alot today. I cleaned my house, did laundry, baked pizza bread and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. I haven't had alot of energy lately but I guess I made up for it today. Until next time...
